As far as Pizza Hut go, this one is by far the best. Service with a smile, welcoming and cleanliness was impeccable. The food was par excellence, fresh salad with fresh ingredients on the pizza, simply tasted heavenly. Keep up the good work team Pizza Hut..

Had a great time celebrating my daughters 2nd birthday. Food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed. Service was good but not enough people serving so we had to keep going up to look for staff.

Modern vibrant atmosphere. Good variety on the Salad Bar and Pizza is cooked perfectly. Although service is limited to a person finding a table, telling you to order via the app and bringing your drink ordered via the app, the person themselves was pleasant and cheerful when interacting with me which is why the service has 5 stars. Plenty of parking.

Although I am personally not big fan of Pizza Hut food as I find it little bit plastic like, slightly tasteless; but I’m going to comment on my tonight’s experience. We came in and nobody was noticing us at the waiting for tables area for a while, even a couple who came after us decided to take their own seats instead of continuing waiting for someone, so we did the same afterwards. After sitting down we scanned the QR code on the table and started ordering through the online service. A waitress came and set two drinks on our table. We didn’t yet press pay (order) but we didn’t reject the drinks either we felt it was a nice compliment after not being noticed. Plus points for unlimited salad area although once again even the salad items taste quite like nothing, but my partner liked it so I’ll go with that. When our VEGAN pizza arrived, which I have ordered by mistake, we were extremely disappointed as I don’t particularly like vegan cheese and things in general, and the staff was lovely to exchange it for us for normal pizza free of charge. We also ordered fries and my partner wasn’t happy and thought they were over cooked, the staff was once again happy to replace it without any sarcasm or unhappiness on their faces which is incredibly valuable, because I already felt bad for them Overall the pizza had a beautiful texture, the bread was crunchy, the cheese was lovely melted etc. I guess it’s just my personal taste buds not getting the Pizza Hut vibe, because my partner liked it all very much. But being objective our experience was 5 stars hence my rating. Oh and PS I forgot to mention that they don’t have Coke only Pepsi and even that is from the machine not bottles :( very bad quality soda. Thank you!

The manager Rosella at Finchley Lido is excellent. Whilst we were waiting for our Pizza to be collected she told us the story of were the name Margaritas came from. This was very sweet of her. Pizza Hut is well managed and the pizzas were very good. Well done to the manager for providing excellent customer service . We will be back soon

They have fantastic vegan options in the restaurant!! At the salad bar I discovered all of the sauces (I think apart from one) are actually vegan!! I was shocked!! I have an egg allergy so I tentatively had a bite of the edge of the lettuce with some blue cheese sauce on top and i didn't react so I'm very certain it's vegan. The sauce was tangy and cheesy and the salad bar was pretty clean and tidy so huge credit to the staff working there! The only option for vegan is the deep pan base so I had an individual pizza which was great. It didn't have too much gloopy cheese, the base was crispy underneath and fluffy on top. It was absolutely loaded with veg. I had it alongside the ranch sauce from the salad bar. It was the perfect dipping sauce. It was like a less garlicky, garlic and herb dip. The portion was massive, I couldn't physically finish it!

We had lunch here at 2pm on a weekday afternoon. I definitely recommend it for families. My son loved the bizza and ice cream, and our favorites were the pepperoni pizza and the cheese garlic pizza. Also, all the employees were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again.
